Very satisfactory and would stay here again. Everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and all needed amenities were provided. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for a first visit to Seoul. A few minor inconveniences. The bathroom floor was a pond for 10 minutes after each shower due to very slow drainage. Our room for 3 was tight for 3 adults with luggage, there was no desk/chair in the room for getting work done (but there is a cafe downstairs), and we had to open the window wide (in January) to clear the very high humidity. But the positives greatly outweighed the negatives, especially given the modest price.5

Very friendly and helpful staff! Hotel location is great. Room is not big, and the bathroom might be slippery after shower, but room is comfortable and with good value. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely to stay again.5

Here now. I gave five stars because it is probably the best "2 star" (that's how it's referred to on Google) hotel I've ever stayed at.
It starts with the staff. Friendly and helpful. The rooms are tight, but clean, modern and functional. Bed is firm, but comfortable.
The location is great. Super close to the subway, buses, and within walking distance of many attractions.
We're working here this morning and the rooftop deck is wonderful for spreading out monitors. We even used the free washer and dryer.
This is a long review simply because I think this place is great. A superb value even if it was much more expensive.5

I throughly enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and cozy. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. Housekeeping was extremely thorough and the staff were very friendly. The location was great. Would highly recommend. 10/10.4

Pretty good location, a short walk from a metro station (though the entrance to the hotel isn't immediately obvious), and there's plenty of quick food options nearby in a pinch too. The room was on the smaller end but clean and serviceable, though apparently the heater is just permanently on and it didn't seem like the temperature control did much so we needed to turn on the AC a couple of times. Staff were friendly and there was a free laundry service even if I didn't use it.
