Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and overall experience was great. Room was quite spacious for its price (around 70 USD a night). Room came with a spacious wash room with tub. They don’t provide single-use brushes or razors which was fine by me, I just hoped they gave this information was readily available upon booking (maybe it was and I didn’t read it though). Gym was adequately equipped. Location is very accessible and with bus stops and train stations within walking distance.

It's a good value for money hotel. Rooms are well maintained. Staff are quite friendly. They serve breafast to the rooms, provided the request is placed the night before.

For those who don’t speak Korean, the staff speaks perfect English and they are kind, friendly, and able to provide nearby restaurant recommendations. The hotel and rooms are clean and cozy. The bathroom of the room is cool and elegant. We will come back for sure.

We are so glad we stayed in the IP boutique hotel in Itaewon. It is the perfect location in Seoul, close to many bars and restaurants as well as the Leeum museum and the Blue Square. 2 subway stations are also nearby as well as many buses. We loved the designer decor and the staff was very helpful. We asked to change room when we arrived as while our initial room was large and freshly decorated, it did not get much daylight as it faced a wall. So we swapped it for a slightly smaller bedroom in need of repainting for a better view to the street and daylight. Our room was on the third floor, I would recommend asking for a higher floor room with view:) Overall we stayed seven nights and would return without hesitation. Comfy bed and pillows, very clean and inspiring decor!

The location of the hotel is the best part. It is close to the itaewon station exit 2. The room was clean. My main concern with this place was the rude reception/lobby staff. To be clear not all staff was bad, most of the staff was exceptional - very kind and helpful. One gentleman (older male wearing glasses) was quite rude and I felt it was racist. Multiple instances the same gentleman was rude (baggage drop off, check-in). One example - I booked a taxi to the airport and arrived at the lobby 15 mins early (11.45). Instead of being polite he rudely told me "Taxi is not here. Is it 12 o clock ? It is 11.30". I did not appreciate the tone. I will not stay here again.
