Nice place❤️ but my apartment hadnt washing machine... I stayed there 2 months, that was uncomfy. And a lot of dust...5

Enough privacy and cool place for foreigners too. Self laundry, Self cooking, enough time for gym session throughout a week. Provision of cooking tools, washing detergents and water, coffee, tea bags for everyday.4

Great location, directly between two Metro-stations, Gangnam and Yangjae.
Quiet side street.
Apartment equipped with gas stove, fridge, sink, dishes, and a bath with a real shower cabin.
Bring your own towels, though, for the ones from the hotel are small, dirty, and partially even ripped.
Staff is relaxed, some fluent in english, we didn't have any problems communicating.
Great price value ratio.
From Incheon, take the express bus line 6009 and show the address to the driver. He'll tell you where to exit, then walk 300 meter and you are there.3

Good staff and good location. Room ok. Gym: good equipment BUT no air condition, no windows, and not allow to open thedoor.
