Great location (if you don’t mind a bit of thumping late night music from Nearby clubs), super connectivity to the metro trains, comfortable, hygienic, the staff at the front desk can speak English. Never tried the restaurants so no comments there. A bit on the expensive side but it’s still a pretty decent option.

Set amongst the nightlife and above the train station, you’re spoilt for choice for transport, food and drink. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The gym is one of the largest hotel gyms I’ve seen. Recommend the continental breakfast if you want to get up and go as not many cafes in the area open before 10am. The front desk service was good.

The facilities and the location were very good. The subway entrance is just in front of the hotel. The Itaewon bar street is just behind the hotel. By the way, the sound is very bad. The sound of the music and crowding people came through the window in the night time, and sound from construction came on the day time. 100 percent that you could not sleep well

I am a disgruntled guest. After falling asleep despite the outside clubs, the light in my entry to my room suddenly started turning off and on its own. The heat kept going from really cold to hot. And the bidet function on the toilet suddenly decided to function with cold water unexpectedly- which was later funny but not at 1:30am. The staff took out the bulb promptly, but the maid made a round with the vacuum up and down the hall early in the morning to get people “going”. The hotel itself was very nice but unless you sleep like a rock and don’t mind the unexplained abnormal. I wouldn’t recommend. When I checked out, no one asked about my stay. I can only guess my face already said it for me. I would have posted this on their website privately but I could not find any place that allowed it.
