Reason we choose this hotel was due to its location. Its was right above haeundae station. There was a direct train from gimhae airport. It was also in close proximity to the beach. It was just 5 mins walk away. It is also a perfect base for sightseeing.
Checking in was fast and easy. Rooms are big and spacious too. Bed was super comfortable. We opted for bfast too. Service ataff at the restaurant was helpful. The bfast spread was good enough. You can get a typical korean and also western type of breakfast.
Room was clean everyday. Towels were change daily too. Checking out was fast too. Will stay here again if we return to Busan5

We booked the double deluxe suite for our family. Location could not be better with plenty of restaurants within 5 minutes and the beach about the same. Clean, excellent room servicing and incredibly low prices for what you get. Highly recommend.4

My suite room was really big but room looks abit old and walls looks slightly moldy, too much furniture for a 2 pax room, I was checking for bedbugs so I lift the sofa seats lol it was very dirty instead. Overall it was good because of the location many eateries nearby and eggslut below the hotel was a plus point for me3

The hotel is nice and the service is good.
What is really bad is its location and the way to get in or out.
Elevator is part of the cinema, restaurant and others shops from 1st to 5th floor and car park from B4 to B1 so if you want to get to the elevator you either have to wake up early or will wait between 15 minutes to half an hour easily. It should be some dedicated lift for the hotel only.
Car park is also part of the building so quite full most of the time and entrance in the main walking street makes it a nightmare to come in.
A part of this it was a nice stay but will definitely not comeback there unfortunately.3

The service was very good, especially in the restaurant, until a thin and bespectacled male waiter appeared on September 14th. He had a bad attitude and prevented us from entering the restaurant, saying there were no tables available, but in fact, there were vacancies in the restaurant. He let someone else in while waiting. I feel unbelievable.
