Very nice hotel, conveniently located near Busan train station. The place is calm, the room comfortable and very clean. The staff is lovely and for some also fluent in English. Overall a very pleaseant stay, will come back.4

Right in the middle of the place you want to be. Close to public transportation. Across the street from Busan train station(KTX) Subway stop to Dadaepo beach(beautiful sunsets) also Texas street for night fun and around the corner is a street market. Oh and China town and more in Busan, DongGu district. The Brown dot hotel even has a rooftop garden patio.2

So all the way at the bottom of the page of the hotel on Agoda, it mentions that "Additional charges will be incurred for consecutive nights". Considering that the receptionist had the amount ready to go, it seems baffling and insidious to me that this fee is not included in the cost of the hotel. Definitely started my stay off on a bad note with that surprise, even more so considering that the receptionist barely spoke English so it took a while to explain to me why I was being charged.
The room itself smelt bad and needed a while with both exhaust fans turned on to clear, only to return multiple times during my stay. The room itself was fine, but be warned if you are not a couple that at least for this type of room, the bathroom has no main door, with the toilet & shower being sectioned off with only partially frosted glass (another aspect that should be made clear in the room description).
Really the only thing the hotel had going for it was the proximity to the train station, and even then at night the neighbourhood seemed a bit sketchy, I see another review mentioning that it's the red light district which would explain it.
