There are some whinging reviews here bit this place is fabulous for the price point.
The rooms are very nice - mine had a huge bathtub. Really relaxing.
Good location near Busan Station. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Even the cheap breakfast is great for what you pay. Basically cooked up by some old ladies but still a decent buffet selection. The same price in the UK would get you stale pastries and orange juice concentrate.
Very good option for Busan. This is also a cool, friendly city so you don't need a luxury hotel to escape into (more welcome in Seoul, I would say).5

Had really pleasant stay here, 3days 2nights. First time arrived at Busan, the location is not quite far from Busan station, walk around 12minutes (we carried medium baggage and still fine).
Even though the location is near station, we barely hear the sound of noise at night.
The room is very clean and all the amenities including the facilities are amazing.
The toilet is advance already, the shower is awesome, amenities are complete, AC is cold and last but not least, facial lotion and facial moisturizer are coooool!
If you want to search for hotel near the station (to shrink the additional cost for taxi) this is a perfect choice to make!4

Spacious room and good location as it is walking distance to train station. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel too. One disappointment is there were still lots of hair and dust on the floor when we checked in and there were hair even on the sheets. Not much place to hang towels too.4

Pleasant stay. Room is small but has all the essential stuff including a clothes dryer and sanitization machine. The heating system is however too strong.
