Stayed here for the weekend and the view from our room was really pretty as we had a ocean view. The room was very nice and clean however I would just add that the bathroom was quite small. The lobby is very beautiful to take pics off and the staff were quite friendly.5

What a lovely hotel! We stayed here for 3 days and everything was great.
The rooms are nice and spacious, with gorgeous views of the bay. The entire hotel is very clean - there was literally no dust in my entire room anywhere. Staff are lovely and kind. They treated me well and took care of my needs. Breakfast was good. The location is good, close to the train station and the central Gwangbokdong area, even walkable to the street food areas.
We got a great deal, the price to quality ratio could not be beat. I would 100% stay here again. In fact, I extended with an extra night to enjoy the facilities. Thank you for a lovely welcome!5

Room is small with unusual layout. Wash basin is outside the bathroom and the water coming out of the tap is so strong that water splashes all over. However, this is compensated with the gorgeous harbour view. The rooftop also offers a stunning 270 degree view of Busan's waterfront. Location is convenient and accessible to Lotte Gwangbok (less than 10 min walk across the bridge), shops, attractions, etc.. All these for an unbeatable price.
Skip the eMart next door as the service is unfriendly and poor.5

We are happy with the location of this hotel, the gorgeous views and the generous staff. The bed is comfortable and there is nice light with large windows. They treated me very well when I got sick and we had to extend our trip for two nights. Thank you.3

I stayed at the Lavalse Hotel Busan for two nights. The hotel is situated just outside of the city center. While it is within walking distance, the area somewhat old and not well maintained.
When I checked in to my room, everything was clean except for the bathroom shower head. This was clearly not cleaned in a while. I think it is a small effort to include this in the cleaning routine.
While the hotel does not offer room sevice, there is restaurant on the 3rd floor where you can place a takeout order. The menu is somewhat limited, but the food quality is good.
Unfortunately the hotel does not offer dry cleaning of clothes or an ironing station in the room. They do have a washing machine which is self service, however I think this is a lost opportunity.
Overall the hotel is clean, the rooms are modern and stylish but they could improve on service (room service and dry cleaning).
