It's not a luxury hotel, but very quite and cozy. Very close to public transit that will take you anywhere. Room had heated floor and bed. The owner is very friendly and spoke good English. He helped us with recommending tourist travel destinations in Busan and showed us bus and train route. You also get to cook your own breakfast5

I visited this place on 14th Jan of 2022 and I stayed here for 2 DayZ and I am very satisfied with their service.
Also, the host of this hotel is very kind and he has knowledge about the whole world.
I am very lucky that I got this fortunate to talk to him while having a complementary breakfast and we talked about several topics.
He is really a very nice person.5

The manager is so kind and good mannered..He is very nice person..Rooms are clean and good.. I love the hotel..Breakfast is also available.4

Value for money abt 10 walking from elevator exit 2. The owner Mr Kim n wife were the most helpful Korean we encountered so far. Can communicate well with clients. But hotel a bit old that needed some freshness3

Pretty good location, walking distance from Busan Station, very near to Chinatown. Service was very friendly and rooms was clean and amenities works well. Surrounded by all sorts of restaurants and mini markets so very convenient.
