The location is close to the subway station. All staff are cheerful and warm. The breakfast rice box is available every 8 a.m. It is a good choice for Busan travel.5

Manager of the hotel was very cheerful, warm and caring towards us. Although there was limited room, she always tended to us very promptly and meticulously, and even gifted us a sweet note and a pack of dedicated gifts to wish us for our honeymoon celebrations. I made a reservation through Hotel.com.
This place is called Seomyeon and is like a transportation hub in Busan. It is near the intersection of subway lines 1 and 2. It's convenient to go anywhere if you use this as your base. First of all, the people at the front desk are kind. The staff members are all heartfelt as they feed the stray cats outside the building. I don't speak Japanese very well, but there was someone who spoke English well, and I was able to talk to him about a lot of things. Before the coronavirus, there was a breakfast buffet, but now it's a bento box and it's delivered to your room around 8 a.m.
For this reservation, I requested a room with a washing machine in advance. Since I am a gold member, I think I was able to upgrade to a room with a washing machine, and they were kind enough to accommodate me in that regard. I stayed there for 4 nights, and on the last day I received a thank you message and sweets. It was written in Japanese and I really felt the sincerity of how they value their customers.
The room is clean, the water pressure in the shower is good, and the room is spacious! It's close to the subway and the bus stop. I want to make it my permanent home.5

Pretty good hotel in downtown Busan.
The location is great with access to the metro 3 minutes away on foot; and close to the center of Busan.
Breakfast is Korean, savory with rice, egg, kimchi.
Our room was clean, quite practical. The sound insulation from the outside was not optimal but we had no trouble falling asleep.
The service is top notch, very welcoming and attentive to our requests.
