Love it! Convenient and Clean.
It's definitely a YES for me. everything is new in this hotel. it comes equipped with washer and dryer, fridge and even a stove, exactly like a mini apartment. I have even used the washing machine, just remember to bring your own soap. the ones in convenient stores are big boxes. 1 station away from MyeongDong which is a PLUS point for me as I prefer the quiet side of town. it is directly above ChungMuRo station which connects 2 line. cannot comment on the staff as I have never meet them. check-in was done via kiosk, simple enough if you followed instructions. they don't provide toothbrush of shower cap, remember to bring your own (or maybe they do, just I am not sure there to find it :P). I must say it's even more spacious than some of the hotels around Seoul.
Will definitely stay here again if I do visit Seoul.5

Conveniently located above and connected directly via tunnel to the Chungmuro metro station (1 stop away from Myeongdong).
Booked through Agoda and check in was done electronically at kiosk at the main entrance; passcode generated for electronic door lock.
Room was well equipped and efficiently designed. There is a kitchenette area with sink, electronic stove (no pots or pans provided), fridge, microwave, and washer/ dryer which is useful for longer stays. The building is very well insulated, felt warm and cozy during a December trip when it was negative centigrade during evenings.
The wifi provided is fast, the TV was an LG smart TV which could be connected to streaming services like YouTube.
A bag storage at the basement service desk/ lounge area if you arrive early or have a late flight after checking out.
There is an unmanned convenience store in the basement of the building; payment via credit card for salads, noodles, and drinks if a late night bite is required.
N Seoul tower is visible directly across.5

Perfect for a short vacation, the hotel is near Myeong Dong and the metro is right in front of the hotel, in Korea the Ground floor = First Floor , so when you enter on the right side you can check in using the digital kiosk (you dont need korean mobile number) it will print the code to your room so that you can go stright to your room! Or you can go to the B2 where the reception is located and they can help you!
* There is no bidet, and they clean , change the bed sheets every 3 days.
Overall, it was a good experience for me! 😊🇸🇦🇹🇷💚❤️💙🇰🇷
