The facilitates in the room is fair in general.
However the toilet and bathroom water supply system should be improved as the hot and cold water somehow have some problem and on a few occasion while bathing they just running not too smooth.
My family had a really good sleep for four nights, which is amazing.
My two infants was very excited once they entered the room.
Here I experienced a team of friendly and helpful crew and in general my 5days stay was very pleasant.
Given that the room rate was comparatively low as to other hotels, I would still consider this was a good deal taking into account the imperfect situation above mentioned.
No bugs bites or allergies was found lol.4

Honestly way better than I was expecting given the other reviews. Very friendly staff and amazing location (especially on the weekend). The room was fine and had some amenities I wasn’t expecting like a hairdryer. I am staying at a fancy hotel in Gangnam for the rest of my trip and I am already missing the location3

If you work remotely and want to spend a few hours indoor, this isn't the place for you. Its very dark, and the chair is uncomfortable for working, plus the internet is weak. This place is for someone who just need a place to sleep. Also, the sink area is kinda gross .. it's not inside the bathroom and it feels like a butcher counter. They staff are friendly and accommodating. Laundry is expensive, for one Kilo they charge $25 CAD or maybe USD. The only thing I liked about this place was the location. You will be in an interesting neighborhood, full of young people, restaurants and cute alleys.2

As others have mentioned, the staff is cheerful and very helpful but the property is dirty with cobwebs in the corners and cluttered with broken items among the decor. The sheets and towels are threadbare and torn in places. The toilet (only one for 5 people) was clogged. On the better side, the neighborhood is lively and it all feels very safe.
