My sister and I absolutely loved staying here for about a week last June. Staff are very professional and welcoming! Breakfast is very good and staff ready and available to assist. The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Location is great! Very close to subway station, shopping, convenience store etc you name it! Overall great stay and will be coming back in March 2024. Big thanks to all hotel staff for making us feel at home!5

It was great. The staff was so nice, even when we encountered issues at the airport and lost our flight they understood and hold the reservation for us. The bed was really comfortable, the room clean and the closeness to every kind of transportation was formidable.5

Great service from reception, even before we arrived. I experienced payment issues and called them from overseas - the receptionist reassured me that both our rooms were booked. We received welcome drink vouchers on arrival and check-in was a breeze. Rooms were slightly small with an unusual layout but they were clean and well appointed with a pod coffee machine and all amenities. We liked the coin laundry downstairs and on-site facilities, even if we didn't use them all. Would stay again.5

I love how the train station is just a few minutes walk. It has a commercial currency exchange on site as well. It's so closeby for places to eat and shop and explore. And the staff are so accomodating, i!m very grateful. The Jazz bar closeby is nice and chill as well. We had more hours to spare before our flight and we were able to leave our luggage there for free which was also convenient. I highly recommend this place.5

Room space is enough and is clean. Mattress has proper support. Location can’t be any better. One min walk from subway and center of Hongdae area restaurants. Certainly will stay in this hotel for next visit.
