I found the dopest Airbnb in Seoul during my trip! I asked the managers a lot from the location to the best restaurants and hot places, and they were super friendly and helpful. The room is small, but the common areas are spacious and clean, so it wasn't a problem at all. Highly recommend this place! 👍👍👍

Pros: - Great location; super close to Hongdae and your pick of convenience stores - Facilities were great and well maintained. Loved the gym and the communal areas Cons: - The airconditioning in the room was either broken or just super weak, meaning that it was so hot in the evenings (this is during October where temperatures outside were mild to cold) - Because it was so hot, we had to leave the windows open which meant a lot of flies came in - Every morning we woke up with more and more mosquito bites

The review has been edited as some changes occurred (I added two additional stars) I'm disappointed to say that my experience at this living space has been quite underwhelming. While it touts itself as a cool and premium environment, the high price tag doesn't match what's actually offered. The lack of ownership and constant apologetic attitude of staff for issues is frustrating. Promises were made pre-sale, but they rarely came to fruition, leaving me feeling misled. The additional fee for a good working space is outrageous, especially considering the already steep rent. The facilities aren't designed to provide an optimal working environment, and it seems like every aspect is geared towards maximizing profit rather than catering to the users' needs. - edit: new desks and chairs have been to the “free space”, which makes the place a little better to work at. Working conditions suffer unless you're willing to shell out even more money. All in all, a disappointing experience that falls far short of its promises. Some employees make an effort to help, so the additional stars go to them.
