In fact our room was large two-room apartment in high modern style in white and grey colors. Very good balance of price and quality. There are a lot of groceries, cafes and restaurants nearby and in the basement of nearly located business center with small, but lovely garden.3

Great location. Loads of restaurants and shops in the vibrant Gangnam area. 2 minutes walk from a subway station as well. As most people have said, the bathroom gets wet because there is no shower curtain but that’s a small annoyance. Staff were fine. Would definitely recommend the place.3

Location is very central and convenient, however that is probably the only thing good about this place.
It meets the bare minimum if you just want a place to stay, but if you can find another I would recommend you do so. The room I was in had one electrical outlet which didn't work, and another that only worked sometimes.
The bathroom is poorly designed as there is nowhere to store the soap/shampoo while you shower. Plus the mirror is not in front of you as you brush your teeth/wash your face.2

The staff upon check in was not friendly. We were sitting at the lobby and when the room was ready they did not call out to us when we were right there!
The bed and pillows are super comfy.
However the toilet setting with the bath tub is silly. The water just floods the bathroom every time you take a shower. The bath ends up a mess.
Location is great. Price is good value I guess. Lifts are terribly slow.
