While this hotel isnt as good as our previous hotel in Myeongdong, the exceptional kindness and hospitality of the management and staff greatly compensate for it. Its proximity to Namsan Mountain Park enhances the serenity and peacefulness of the location, providing a breathe of fresh air from the bustling Myeongdong area. The absence of an elevator, however, and the hotel’s hilly location may be challenging for older tourists. But if you are athletic type, the place is a bonus. A short Namsan hiking trail invites you to shed that fat every morning. I highly recommend this for younger, physically fit tourists.5

Near myeongdong station. Easy access to halal restaurants & myeongdong street.
But its really good if they can serve big towel 😫 the towel so small.4

Self-check in through a front door kiosk machine. No elevator. No drinking water machine, no kitchen facilities. Room for overnight stay only. The location is good, and it is just 5 mins walk from the Myeongdong station #4 line. But it's on a hillside, which means you have to drag your baggage all the way up from the subway station. The twin room is very small for twin beds, and there's no enough space to open the suitcase fully. A small corner for free luggage storage by the counter.4

Top positives: location, cleanliness, free use of washing machine with detergent and softener on Lvl 3 (instructions in English are on the machine- bottom right; there is no dryer but you can use their racks to air dry on the same floor), additional amenities on Lvl 3 (as per photos) including recycling bins, free wifi, and self-serve towel change if required (available in bins with sign).
Top negatives: room space (just enough for 2 luggages and one side of double bed backed up to wall), no bidet, no room service (we stayed 6 nights with no bedsheet change or trash being emptied - tbc) and small towels.
So far pros outweigh cons for us 💗3

It was a lot smaller than we thought. It is hard to take out things from our luggage. The check in system was easy, but a bit concerning on security since anyone could come and press the machine, and take the card, as the password is not sent via Agoda but shown on the check in machine so anyone could take it. There was no one manning the counter in the afternoon and at night.
Toilet was okay, and temperature of the room was okay too, although we couldn't find the remote for the aircon. Lastly, there is no water dispenser, so I just drank from the sink, but you may want to buy water from the convenience store downstairs (emart).
