AMAZING! I have been there for 2 weeks in September, and made all my Way from Germany to Turkey and from Turkey to Korea and finally arrived to this heaven ! The staff was super nice, the place was awesome! Also the location was central and close to the metro. Food was super delicoious and really well explained by the staff :) I especially loved the TV! It was big and had various shows on it ! EVEN ENGLISH CHANNELS! The rooms were very clean and the housekeepers were also very kind and warmhearted :) Shoutout to those ahjummas!

Amazing staff! I love the à la carte breakfast, as if I was eating a homemade korean breakfast. The room was super comfy. It has everything you need, although the space was limited.

Great place! Little bit of a hard time for taxis but just go to the front entrance to the park right next to it and just walk through the park leads you straight to the hotel. Management was awesome!

The surrounding area has tourist attractions nearby and being close to Namsan allows for very efficient planning of movements. The hotel is quite decent and the atmosphere is not bad either.

Stayed there for 5 days over the summer and liked the location near the park... but there were too many strange issues with the service and room. When we arrived, they gave us a room which was very dusty, including the cups, sofa, counters, etc. (Like no one had stayed there in months)... There was also a very large spider in the bathroom. I called the front desk about this and a man came in, looked around and said there was nothing he could do since house cleaning didn't come till tomorrow. He was surprised at the spider, but did not bother to get rid of it for us and left. The man comes in later and tells us he will upgrade our room tomorrow when the bigger suite becomes available. Ok... great. But then comes shortly after to inform us actually the suite is booked up so we will have the wait two days. Later, the hotel forgets about this entirely and we never get the upgrade. Personally, this would have been much less irritating if they didn't make such an offer in the first place and made a better effort to get our room cleaned and spider free. I have bad allergies when there's dust, so this was a big problem for me. Also, the sheets did not feel clean and I woke up feeling greasy everytime I lay down. As for the breakfast, they must have changed the menu recently or something because it was NOT good. They have one korean soup dish per day and everything else was subpar continental (we stayed at Holiday Inn in Hongdae prior and it was a better version of what was here). Anyways, I was trying really hard to like it because visiting Seoul is a rare treat for me... but other than the location and more spacious room... everything else was confusing and unhygienic. 😐
