The hotel is very convenient. It’s near the subway, restaurants, and bus stations. The front of the house is very accommodating and also the reservation team when I have additional inquiry. One of the downside would be the centralized air condition. We stayed there end of Feb so the weather outside is cold but every time I enter our room it’s like a sauna which is uncomfortable, good thing is they provide a fan which helps a lot.

The place is right in the middle of everything (food, shopping). Our stay for a couple of days was great, room was clean, service was excellent, everyone is accommodating to our needs. Note: the temperature in Korea when we visited was between -3 to 5 celsius. Their room is part of the centralized ac system and they had to turn up the heat a little bit. For us who are from a tropical country originally, we wanted a room where we can control the ac but it’s all right since they provided us with a fan.

I really enjoyed this Holiday Inn!!! I'm a member of the IHG club and I always book at least one Holiday Inn for my trips, lemme tell you, this one has been the best so far. They gave me early check in and late check out, I've really enjoyed this 😊. The breakfast buffet is amazing and lots of variety. Best hotel location, next to the hongik univ station!! The room was awesome and cozy 👍 I'll make sure to reserve here again if I visit Seoul in the future. Thank you Holiday Inn Express Hongdae ❤️

From Feb 18-22, 2024, my wife and I stayed in this very convenient hotel. Although it’s a three-star hotel, we found everything, in particular the very helpful services 5-stars. We had a very enjoyable stay and got good value for money.

Great location in the middle of hongdae and right next to a metro station. The breakfast buffet is large, but the allergens are not marked on the food, making it stressful to eat. Rooms are not small and cleaned daily.
