Visited this month as a family with a baby. Baby cot / crib was available but you would have to put in a request at the counter. We like the spaciousness and the rooms are very clean and looks new. Staff at front desk were so good, able to communicate with me in English. Appreciated the convenience store downstairs as well. Did not visit the other function rooms but i’m sure its clean and good.

Location: Great location and it's within walking distance to the subway substation, there's a few breakfast places and convenient stores nearby (including Starbucks but I personally didn't visit so can't speak to it) Service: There wasn't a bellhop which isn't a deal breaker but it's uncommon for a 4 star hotel. We arrived at the back (?) of the hotel so there was no parking for our taxi and we had to roll our luggage up the short snowy path. There is also a convenient store on the first floor! I loved that Rooms: Very clean rooms, the room with 2 single beds was smaller than expected but it did have enough room for us to be comfortable in and walk around without hitting anything (if you've stayed in HK, you know what I'm taking about). The room with double bed is roomy as expected! View was decent, your typical Asian downtown city view of buildings

Rooms are big and clean. Smelled fresh when we entered. Check in is a breeze. Hallways are clean and smells good. No bellboys so self help on your baggage. That’s the only negative. Location is very good with convenience stores around the hotel. Restaurants are near the hotel. The green line subway is a 5 minute walk. You can hail a taxi in front of the hotel.

Big bed for a double. Small but functional room. There are no TV channels in English but Chinese news. The location is great. 24-hour store in the lobby has all you need and is very handy. Restaurants are functional but not very good. Staff are friendly and somewhat helpful. The gym is functional but very basic.

Location is perfect for walking to many places and away from all the hustle in Myeongdong. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms do need more storage for clothing, especially if you're staying for more than a few days. Overall will definitely stay here again.
