It's a star hotel, extremely comfortable. The rooms are spacious with heated washroom. The rooms overlook the main road and the view is damn nice. The subway is 200m from the hotel making it very convenient for travelers

I stayed here 5 days while I was in Seoul, and it was an overall great experience. The rooms are SO clean, and they clean them daily. The service was quick. They also have plates, bowls, cups, and silverware to use if you need them in addition to a good ice machine. There is a convenience store on the bottom of the hotel, which is great for a quick snack. The location is also pretty good as it is walkable to many restaurants and shopping. The lobby is sparse, and it would be nice if there was more seating. There was maybe only one or two benches. It would be also nice if the gym was free to use.

The newly renovated city view room is excellent. Size is amazing and with City Namsan views. Excellent positioned right next to palace and subway.
Breakfast buffet is good also.
I didn’t appreciate the extra charges to be able to use the gym/ sauna at five star hotel.
Staffs were not so welcoming either.
However, it still is my favorite hotel when I am in Seoul.
Love the location and Size.
Big TV and coffee machine as well.
Sometimes over priced but it is what it is.
Seoul is not a cheap accommodation city so I will pay for this.

I stayed 3 night at this hotel, it was nothing like 4 star as the room was old. The hall way during daytime is messy with baskets of towel for exactly 3 days of my stay and the staff sat on the floor to fold the towels with their doors left open. The lobby on the first floor looks cursory and sleazy, and they sell wine in the corner, looking so casual and unprofessional. And the service was terrible. I put my room in "do not disturb" for 3 days coz I didnt want anyone to touch my belongings which also meant they wouldn't bring water if I didnt request, and the last night I asked for 2 bottles of water, the staff told me on the phone: "each room only has 2 bottles of water in a day", after I said my room didn't receive any water as I put my room in the not disturb mode, they accepted to give 2 bottles of water. Come on! Its just water, the basic thing, and you are 4 star hotel, can you just be generous? And I didnt receive the water that was my room's, and the hotel makes me feel like I begging for what is mine. This is so unwise and stupid for a 4 star hospitality service.
The only good thing is the location, but it can never made up for such an experience!
