The hotel is in a Soviet style. Not very modern but absolutely all functional.
The location is perfect, near everything, including metro, a fantastic roast chicken restaurant on the left side (not the brown chicken), shops etc. 10 minutes walking to seoul Station. Staff are very kind. Absolutely recommended.4

This hotel is worth staying at if you're aren't planning to stay in the room all day (if you are, don't take a trip to Seoul)
1. The location is perfect! Close to great restaurants, malls, city life, markets etc. and just two steps from a subway station.
2. The personnel was great also, helpful and friendly. We had an episode with lost clothes, which was solved in a matter of minutes. Laundry can be done at the hotel and the room is always clean when you get back at night!
3. The internet and electronics works fine! No problem here what so ever.
The only problem we've had is
1. Showers that change the hot to cold(ish) once in a while. Don't worry though
2. The room that we stayed in was quite dark in the evenings, because of the color of the room and lack of lamps.
3. the most anoying thing in the world is to wake up when you don't want to... So a cherry truck right beneath the window with a recorded "selling quote" starting verry early in the morning isn't something to look forward to. But well, that isn't the hotel's fault.

A comfortable stay. One of the few hotels we've been to that has floor/s for smokers.
The hotel doesn't seem to have escaped the 80's as the decor reminds me of my childhood.
A mediocre yet comfortable stay for one night.
