Staff was good and accommodating. They can also speak English which was great. The location was great as well. There is a bakery next door, places to eat just a few steps away, different kinds of stores around the area, and a 24-hour convenience store just right in front. The subway and the airport bus stop was also near too. The room was clean and was comfortable. There was a computer, a tablet, a fridge, water dispenser and a TV inside the room. However, the WiFi connection in the hotel was on and off. So I used the public WiFi in Seoul. Other than that I had a great experience~3

The staff does not speak English. Rooms are ok, clean and equipped with a water filter, coffee machine, double shower. However, it is rather noisy, and there is a light pad that glows in the dark so be sure to bring a sleeping mask and ear plugs. Great location just next to the Gangnam subway station.
