I stayed here for about a week while I was in Korea and I loved my experience! For a budget friendly hotel, I was expecting the worst—smelly, old and dirty.. but this place was the complete opposite! The staff was so friendly, attentive and easy to work with. It was an added bonus that they spoke English well enough to communicate with me. The location was also great as it had easy access to public transit and a convenience store across the street. IIRC the store is 24 hours which was perfect for late night snacks. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

The room was very clean and nice, probably because it had been newly remodeled. The bathroom was also clean, as if the owner was working hard to maintain it. Accommodations in this price range may have many shortcomings, but I had a very comfortable stay without any shortcomings. The TV in the room was large and Netflix was available, which was great. The blanket was cozy and the bed was soft. It was really nice that there was no cigarette smell as there was no smoking in the entire room. The owner was very friendly and communication was good. It took about 10 minutes to walk from Doksan Station, and there were supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, so it was very convenient to use. There were a lot of young people on business trips, so I felt more at ease. I will use it again next time I go to Doksan~
