We were blown away by the ocean view upon entering our room. I fell asleep on the couch over looking the ocean for our first night. Hotel is centrally located to plenty of seafood restaurants. No complimentary breakfast for elite members.

The beach and location are excellent. The beach is less crowded, and the cable car worth riding. The staff were super friendly. The view is spectacular, especially from a higher floor. The room had some odd issues, including loudly gurgling pipes and some very angry arguing neighbors. So, a little high priced for room size. That said, service was really great and the breakfast certainly adequate. I do wish they had a water bottle filler, anywhere in the whole hotel, to reduce plastic waste and provide an adequate supply.

Great hotel with a fantastic view. We got upgraded to the highest floor as a Platinum Elite member. Nice view on Songdo Beach which is beautiful and less crowded than other beaches. lots of restaurants in the area. Reception was nice, room service is excellent. loved the lighting in the room. Service could have been better, we told front desk to decorate the room for a birthday but they missed it. Can hear neighbour sometimes.

Stay duration 21st - 24th October, 2023. I won’t judge the hotel and hotel Stay. It was good (3.5 stars) One thing i want to thank is their Staff, 2 people from the nightshift at the reception helped us in all sense, despite we couldn’t understood the language, arranging taxi to gwengju vist, or food. They were listening and trying to understood our questions so patiently and trying to thier full potential to answer. I wish i could remember their names. they could’ve just said no simply because they don’t understand something they can’t he;p or doesn’t come under their professional duties. But the willingness of helping someone in need, and being polite is something i respect and admire. To you both, i had a wonderful stay and I extend my thank you for your hospitality. Keep it up :-)
