A structure that looks like an officetel remodeled...?
Very narrow but clean and great location.
I stayed in a room with a lake view on the 7th floor, the top floor, and it was nice to see the lake view in the morning and at night and the sea far away!5

There is a Daiso E-mart nearby, so it's convenient.
Cheongcho Mulhoe House is close, and Sokcho Market is within a 10-minute walk.. I tend to walk a lot.4

Neither the rooms nor the location are bad, but the parking space is too small for the number of rooms.. You have to walk a bit to find the parking lot outside...3

This hotel shares the building with Marinabay Sokcho hotel. There is no front desk after certain hours. Thou it has a nice size refrigerator and washer, the kitchen is very useless without microwave or stove(disabled). Not sure it is the best fit a single traveler without car.
