The hotel is located around 8 minutes walk from Gosan metro station exit 2. Can take a nice stroll on the walkway beside the stream to get to the hotel. Although not centrally located in the city but I like the peace and quiet area. Friendly staff, although they can't speak fluent English but can always use translator app so no problem with communication. Room is spacious, clean, and well furnished. There's a building construction beside the hotel, so some rooms' window view will be partially facing construction site, no construction noise from evening onwards so still OK. Love the garment steamer/sterilizer in the room. Simple but nice korean rice breakfast, they serve bread and cereals too. There are 2 convenience stores nearby. Eateries are 5 minutes walk away, nearer to metro station. The only thing lacking that I noticed was there's no hook/holder in the bathroom, so I don't know where to hang my towel lol. Overall, it's a great hotel.

Since it was recently built, it was clean and comfortable. The interior is also well done. The morning breakfast was simple enough to have Korean food, toast, and drinks. If I were asked to use it again, I would definitely go back.

Good! It is still under development nearby, but the equipment is very good, very textured

The location is ambiguous, but everything was fine. It wasn't very noisy, and breakfast was free. Of course, there were not many side dishes.

Since it just opened, the rooms are very clean and spacious. I think it's nice that the toilet and bathroom are separated and there's a bathtub as well. The surrounding area is still under development, so there is no commercial area, so it is inconvenient to eat there. The staff is friendly and breakfast is prepared every morning, but they say simple toast and cereal are only prepared on Monday mornings. I think it's convenient because coffee is freely available like a cafe. There is a parking lot next to the building. There are about 20 cars and a separate parking tower.
