We had a great stay at Andaz. Rooms were a good size, bathrooms were big and beautiful, and there were many hotel staff always willing to help, open doors for us, etc. Breakfast was one of the best we've had. Not a huge selection, but each dish was prepared with the highest quality. This is a boutique hotel, so does not have a grand feeling, but we liked how it never felt overcrowded. The Apgujeong station is conveniently located next to it, but is not as center as some other big stations for tourists, so may need a transfer. There are restaurants directly below on the basement level with nice Asian restaurant options, as well as the Hyundai dept store that has underground access from the hotel that also has food options.

Amazing stay here. The hotel is pretty modern and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast here is probably the best hotel breakfast that I have had - so many good options. The pool is nice and has communal jacuzzis and a communal sauna. The location is great with access to the subway and hyundai department store without going outside. The hotel restaurants are good too, especially the steak restaurant.

Very modern rooms, but some minor issues like bath room tub faucet is small and takes long time to fill tub and bathroom lacks fan to help eliminate moisture. The hotel is accessible from a subway stop, but will require a lot more transfers to get to other locations. Local neighborhood is great and has a variety shops and food location perfect for visiting tourists.

Of all the Andaz hotels we've stayed in, this is by far the smallest. The check-in area/lobby is quite small and not as young and family-friendly. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, but it could have been better. It's small and had more international foods than the local cuisine I was hoping. I like that the hotel has a lot of staff on hand. They're super nice and helpful.
