Perfect location to look over the ocean! The facilities are nice but few are not in good conditions (e.g. furnitures with dampenings... guessing the room I was in was for 4+ people hence preferred for families). I would go back again during summer time to truly enjoy the sun and ocean! Minus a star for not operating a fitness centre & swimming pool.4

The location is great, with a pretty view of the beach from the room. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a Grand Family Suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. I was a bit disappointed by the condition of the room, as I found a cigarette butt on our balcony upon check-in, as well as some hair in the bathroom.
Also, this is not a big deal but I found it strange that the two bathrooms had different amenities (Lanvin & C.O. Bigelow).
Also, the elevators are extremely slow, so it may take a while to get one during busy times.
All in all, I was satisfied with my stay, but I think there are some details that need to be worked on since it hasn't been long since the hotel opened.2

very noisy room. neighbour noise; creaking architecture; strange alarm bell sound every 2 hours or so throughout the night from somewhere.
room not dark at night, also lights come on automatically when someone visits the bathroom.
we only slept 2 or 3 hours each night due to light and noise.
beach view marred by very dirty windows, not just rain stains but big patches of brown dirt smeared on outside.
pillows very high, duvet very thick despite hot weather, no alternatives available despite request.
the breakfast isn't nice at all.
