The owner helped me enjoy Daegu more than any article or guide could. Not only that but he helped me find a gym and a laundromat nearby, going so far as to call the gym to ensure I could attend. The rooms were always cleaned and the location is central and ideal as the buses and train stations are within walking distance. In Daegu the buses take you to the attractions more than the subway so Bomgoro is ideal as it’s near the buses that are relevant to a tourist5

The location is perfect! Maybe 10 minutes or so from 중앙롱 station, but right in the heart of the oriental medicine tradition of 대구. Right outside is the medicine museum and 대구제일교회 (attached photos). There are also plenty of lovely cafes, boutiques and restaurants close by.
The host is incredible friendly and speaks great English, so if your Korean sucks (like mine) you won't have any trouble. He is also super knowledgeable about the local options for tourists.
Overall it has a wonderfully relaxed feel to it - soft music playing outside, classic decor, casual atmosphere. Highly recommended.5
