It is NOT a hotel. More like a furnished apartment arrangement with a building manager at the bottom. No reception or hotel like concierge. Functional, clean. Basic... Very basic. Everything is worn and tired. However, the beds are comfortable and clean. A/C is working. Bathroom is functional and some basic toiletries are provided, tooth brushes and paste, shower gel, hair shampoo. Towels are too small for me, but functional and sufficient. Microwave and kettle, cups and some water also provided. Internet/WiFi free and decent speed.3

Very good location just a stop away from terminal 1 . You can take the free shuttle bus which arrives every 10 minutes. Just go to the 3rd floor of t1 then go outside search for gate 12 it’s easy to find the shuttle bus.
BUT notice that this is not a hotel no front desk no one will be there to service you. You have to contact them in advance and let’s see how lucky you are to get their response! By email or talking app like Kakao WeChat or line… please be patient they rarely reply. So don’t even expect they’ll contact you first.
If you have no patience or not interested in taking adventures please get rid of this place.
The building is kind of old school and many amenities not working well but it still a good choice if just spend a night waiting for transfer.
There are some Korean restaurants at the building, not pricey and taste pretty good.2

Hotel room's bathroom was rank, the shower recess hadn't been cleaned at all, terrible odour from the washing machine.
My bed had leftover hair from previous guest.
Took 2 hours to be contacted back in Line as we waited in the foyer to get our room reservation number and password.
