  • Yeonnam Seosikdang Cheonho Branch è un ristorante specializzato in beef short ribs (galbi) con oltre 70 anni di tradizione, fondato nel 1953, ed è la seconda sede di Yeonnam Seosikdang, un'icona di Sinchón selezionata come Seoul Future Heritage.
  • Preparano i beef short ribs (galbi) internamente, rifilando con cura il grasso, i tendini e le membrane uno per uno per ottenere una consistenza tenera e piacevolmente elastica.
  • Preparano e usano in loco la marinata di salsa di soia distintiva di Yeonnam Seosikdang, e poiché la carne viene condita al mattino e grigliata sul carbone, si può gustare un sapore profondo e ricco.
  • Con un menù unico focalizzato sui beef short ribs (galbi) è facile per i visitatori internazionali ordinare al primo ingresso, e recentemente hanno anche introdotto Naengmyeon, un ottimo abbinamento con il galbi.
  • Conservano i sapori classici del galbi tradizionale da consumare in piedi, ma nella sede di Cheonho si può sedere e mangiare comodamente, rendendola un ottimo posto per provare il galbi alla brace in stile Korea senza pressione.
