Informazioni

  • L'owner (20+ years experience) prepara e griglia personalmente la carne, con oltre 20 anni di esperienza. Tutto è fatto a mano, senza l'uso di macchine.
  • A differenza della maggior parte dei locali che usano comuni bricchette di carbone, Cheonggiwa Galbi ha un'area separata per la griglia a carbone e insiste nell'usare solo Korean oak charcoal di alta qualità.
  • Usano maiale fresco (femmina) classificato 1+ e superiore, insieme a hanwoo di prima scelta. Poiché la qualità della carne è così buona, non è necessario un'invecchiamento extra.
  • La loro specialità è una marinatura leggera, senza coloranti. Per esaltare il sapore naturale della carne, la marinatura non è eccessivamente forte, quindi la carne non si brucia facilmente e non è troppo dolce o salata. Delizioso e genuino.
  • Si trova a soli 2 minuti a piedi da Hongik Univ. Station. Situato al primo piano, un altro grande vantaggio è che nelle belle giornate puoi goderti il pasto sulla terrace con un'atmosfera aperta e ariosa.
