* There are no rental services for swimming gear. Please bring your own tubes, life jackets, etc., or purchase them from a separate swimming gear store.
* Please make a reservation according to gender and number of people.
* Up to 2 infants under 36 months can enter for free, but you must present a passport for age verification.
* Children 5 years or older or taller than 100 cm are not allowed in mixed baths and must enter the appropriate male or female bath.
* All children under 13 must be accompanied by a guardian when using any facility.
* Children under 13 must wear a life jacket and be with a guardian in the pool.
* You can use the facilities for up to 12 hours after entry; an overtime fee of 1,000 KRW per hour applies if you exceed this time.
* Last entry is 2 hours before closing (17:00 for the waterpark / 19:00 for the jjimjilbang).
* Waterpark tickets do not include jjimjilbang clothes or towels.
* Towels can be rented on-site for 1,000 KRW (2 towels), or you can bring your own.
* Jjimjilbang clothes can be rented on-site for an additional 3,000 KRW (required for jjimjilbang use).
