I visitatori possono godere di viste che si estendono fino a Deoksugung e Gwanghwamun Square attraverso wide glass windows, fornendo a place to take a break from the bustling city. L'accesso è free admission ed è aperto weekdays only. La posizione è agli 8th and 9th floors del building west of Seoul City Hall, e sarà disponibile per la visita da giovedì 9 luglio 2026.
