The 30th Dream Concert Ticket + NAMANE Custom Card Discount Package

2. Proceed with the full payment.
3. Once payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent to you. (This ticket is non-refundable and cannot be canceled.)
4. Be sure to pick up your ticket on-site between 12:00 and 14:00.

6. NAMANE Custom Card voucher should be issued as a physical card by 2027.12.31.

※ By purchasing the ticket, it is assumed that you agree to the concert guidelines, and these terms may be updated or changed based on the concert situation. Please make sure to review the guidelines before attending to avoid any inconvenience.

Reservation

• You must bring your passport to collect your tickets.
• Age requirement: 7 years and older (born on or before October 19, 2017 ).
• Ticket purchase limit: Maximum of 4 tickets per person.
• Available languages: Korean, English, Chinese, Japanese.
• Included: One ticket for the 30th Dream Concert, one NAMANE Custom Card Voucher (QR code)
• Not included: Personal expenses, travel insurance.
• Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis (based on the order of payment) from the best available in the Creatrip inventory.
• For group seating requests, please email your reservation numbers to help@creatrip.com, and we will do our best to accommodate. However, late requests may not be possible to fulfill.

The 30th Dream Concert

• You must exchange physical tickets on site.
• When receiving reserved tickets on site, valid identification (passport, alien registration card) for all persons including reservation details and the reservation holder must be presented in person for verification. (Identification copies, photos not accepted) Ticket collection and refunds are absolutely not possible if either is not prepared or if information does not match.
• This performance is only open to those aged 7 and above (born on or before October 19, 2017). Those below the viewing age are not allowed entry regardless of ticket possession or guardian presence.
• Ticket collection is not available after 2:00 PM.
• The time of the performance are subject to change, and any changes will be notified in advance.
• The booth location will be notified before the performance.
• Responsibility for ticket loss or damage lies with the individual, and under no circumstances can entry passes be reissued. Entry is not possible without an entry pass.
• Those arriving after the start of the performance may be restricted from entry, and for smooth entry, please follow the guidance of the staff.
• Re-entry after exiting the venue is not allowed under any circumstances.
• Prohibited items: professional large cameras, food and beverages (except water), tents, umbrellas, chairs, items that may pose a safety hazard, bottles, fireworks, lasers, flammable materials, knives, scissors, weapons, pets, etc. (All items deemed unsafe under the Serious Accidents Punishment Act are strictly prohibited)
• Responsibility for damages resulting from illegal transactions lies solely with the buyer, and the organizers, hosts, and ticket vendors do not assume any responsibility or provide compensation for damages, so please cooperate to prevent any losses.
• There will be no cancellations, changes, or refunds for reserved tickets due to ticket collection, transportation issues, parking-related delays in attending the performance, so please arrive at the venue in advance.

NAMANE Custom Card Issuance (QR) Precautions

• Please issue the physical card by 2027.12.31 after purchase. Be cautious when purchasing as refunds are not possible after purchase. The voucher is confirmed and issued immediately after reservation and can be checked in My reservation or the email you provided.
• The NAMANE card is a Korean card that uses the network of the Korean card company 'KB Kookmin Card'. After arriving in Korea, a nearby kiosk to issue the physical card.
• After purchasing the NAMANE custom card issuance ticket (QR), use the transmitted QR image at the kiosk payment stage by selecting 'Custom Card'. If you select the wrong card type (Basic or Character) due to customer negligence, an error may occur, and in this case, a refund is not possible.
• After signing up for the NAMANE app, up to 4 cards can be registered per account. 
• iOS 13.4 / Android Oreo 8.0 (API 26) or later is required to download and use the NAMANE app. 
• The NAMANE card manual is  on the official site in more detail. 
• For kiosk card issuance and printing errors, kiosk QR recognition errors, and other kiosk issues, contact the Namane Card CS consultation chat (Happytalk) or scan the customer service QR on the kiosk screen to register. Providing 'Creatrip purchaser, kiosk location, error time' during registration allows for quicker resolution of inquiries. If you leave the consultation chat window, no consultation will occur, and customer service operation hours can be found on the site.
