I made a reservation for a window seat at 12 o'clock today through Naver and went.
Because it was Sunday, about 5 tables were empty.
More than 70% of them were eating.
I ordered a set menu for two - cockles, Gorgonzola pizza, and kalguksu.
The amount of cockles was just right, and it tastes even better when you sprinkle seaweed powder on the bibimbap.
There is a self-serve corner, so you can buy geotjeori, red pepper, garlic, soybean paste, seaweed powder, etc. as much as you want.
You can take it and eat it.
The noodles in the kalguksu were chewy, and the broth was refreshing with clams in it.
Even the Gorgonzola pizza dipped in honey was delicious.

Although I suddenly had a craving for lobster, I headed to The Restaurant where I could have a meal that was cost-effective and filling.
A meal set featuring a lobster costs around 60,000 won for two people...-o-; (Still, the taste and cost-effectiveness are much better than the lobster sold at Myeongdong street stalls;;)
I always go with the combination of lobster + octopus + pollack kalguksu. The three go well together and each one tastes good (looking at the people around me, it seems like they order more cockles than lobster...)
TIP
When the dried pollack kalguksu boils, do not add the kalguksu noodles, but simmer over low heat and scoop out the broth. When you finish eating the lobster and octopus, turn up the heat to high again and add the kalguksu noodles and boil. The soup will simmer and taste much better.

The meat is spicy and not sweet.
