(Example: If you pay ₩300,000 at the clinic → You receive 30,000 points.)

✅ How to Earn Cashback

Upload your receipt + submit a review
Once everything is verified, points are issued within 1–3 business days.
* Receipts must be submitted within 30 days of your visit to be eligible.

✅ Cashback Limit 

Receipts totaling up to ₩5,000,000 per person will be accepted. (Maximum of ₩500,000 points in cashback.)

✅ Eligibility

Eligibility Period: Applies only to bookings made on or after December 15, 2025, with a visit date until June 30, 2026.
Eligible Skin Clinics: Only clinics with the Earn 10% Back tag on Creatrip qualify.
* Clinics without this tag are not part of the promotion.

[How to Participate]

1. Visit a participating clinic with the Earn 10% Back tag on Creatrip and complete your payment on-site.
2. On the Creatrip app/website, go to your reservation and submit your receipt (valid for 30 days from your visit).
   • Upload a photo or file of your receipt
   • Write a short review of your visit
3. If the receipt details match your reservation, points will be issued within 1–3 business days after verification.

[Before Uploading Your Receipt]

• Make sure your receipt includes ALL of the following:
  • Clinic name
  • Payment date & time
  • Amount paid
• Accepted receipt types:
  • Card payment receipts
  • Tax-free receipts
  • Mobile payment receipts (Apple Pay, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc.)

* Receipts and reviews must be submitted within 30 days of your visit.

[Things to Keep In Mind]

• This promotion is available until June 30, 2026; but may end early depending on budget or internal circumstances.
• Only payments made at clinics with the Earn 10% Back tag on Creatrip are eligible for points.
• Points may not be awarded—or may be revoked—if payment is invalid, due to a canceled reservation, treatment not received, refunded payment, etc.
• Submitted receipts cannot be edited or deleted. If you made a mistake, please contact customer service (help@creatrip.com).
• Point issuance may take longer while we verify your receipt.
• Repeatedly submitting invalid receipts may lead to account restrictions.
• Policies may change depending on operational circumstances.
