1. Please make your reservation at least two days in advance.
2. Fill in the required information in detail.
3. Complete the deposit payment to confirm your reservation.
4. Your booking will be finalized within 1-2 business days after payment. If changes are needed, updates will be provided via email or social media.
5. Visit the B1 floor and present your Creatrip reservation confirmation and passport at the information desk.
6. Wait briefly in the lobby’s waiting area.
7. When your name is called, proceed to the consultation room to receive detailed information about your procedure (steps, process, and duration).
8. Move to the treatment room for a personalized consultation with the doctor tailored to your needs.
9. Follow the instructions to undergo your procedure.
10. Receive guidance on post-treatment care in the care management room.
11. At the front desk, you’ll be informed about aftercare instructions and recommended guidelines.
12. If needed, get a prescription for medication from a nearby pharmacy or schedule a follow-up visit.

• Avoid drinking and smoking for a week after the procedure to ensure smooth skin recovery.
• Temporary side effects like redness, swelling, bruising, or irritation may occur but will subside soon. If they persist, please contact us at help@creatrip.com.
• If you need a skin consultation before the procedure, 24/7 online support is available via LINE or KakaoTalk.
• A deposit is required to confirm your reservation, and the remaining balance must be paid at the clinic on the day of your visit.
• Arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded.
• Bring your passport to receive a 7–10% tax refund at the clinic.
• Cancellations and refunds are available up to three days before your reservation date. No refunds will be issued after that.
• Communication is available in native-level Chinese, English, and Japanese.
