Sell Your Haunted House | Complete List Of Filming Locations In Korea
Visit the filming locations of the popular drama Sell Your Haunted House!
It's only been a couple of weeks since the final episode of Sell Your Haunted House aired. With Jang Nara and Jung Yong-hwa starring as the leads, the drama was both thrilling and hilarious.
Although the drama has concluded, the filming locations are still out there, and we can't wait to explore them!
Icheon Construction Materials
이천건재
Address: 경기 연천군 신서면 도대로7
Let's start our tour of filming locations by visiting one of the first buildings to appear in Sell Your Haunted House!
The main character of the drama, Hong Ji-ah (Jang Nara), is the owner of the real estate agency Daebak Real Estate (대박부동산).
The actual building is located in Yeoncheon County in Gyeonggi Province, and is occupied by Icheon Construction Materials Store (이천건재).
In the drama, the building has been refurbished with vines growing on the walls, giving it certain mystical look befitting the drama.
The surrounding buildings and streets are quite old and run-down. A trip to the filming location will give you an idea of how the less developed parts of South Korea look like.
Pres Coffee
프레스커피
Address: 서울 송파구 송파동 42-6 4F
Do you remember the rooftop café in episode four, from which we get an awesome view of the Jamsil area of Seoul?
These scenes were filmed at the coffee shop pres.
Another café in the area, Seoulism, is perhaps more well-known as a spot for stunning view of the surroundings, including Lotte Tower.
However, pres certainly gives them a run for their money!
BuildOne
빌드원빌딩
Address: 서울 송파구 백제고분로45길 32
Remember when Hong Ji-ah was possessed by a spirit in a sauna and almost died?
Fortunately, Oh In-beom (Jung Yong-hwa) appeared in time to rescue her from the sauna's bathtub.
This scene was filmed in the building BUILDONE, also located in Songpa-gu.
Located in the central parts of Songpa, the actual building is far less intimidating (and hopefully free of nasty spirits) than in the drama!
Tosokchon Samgyetang
토속촌삼계탕
Address: 서울 종로구 자하문로5길 5
Next up is Tosokchon, a famous samgyetang restaurant that Hong Ji-ah visits in the drama.
Located near Bukchon Hanok Village, it is a popular restaurant among both locals and tourists.
The experience of the samgyetang chicken soup is enhanced by the traditional Hanok style building that the restaurant is located in.
Perhaps one of the best samgyetang restaurants in Seoul, their chicken soup is filled with healthy ingredients like ginseng, jujube and nuts.

행주산성 역사공원

This is where Oh In-beom is enjoying a beautiful sunset by the river, while comfortably sipping a cup of coffee.
Located in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, Haengju Sanseong Fortress is just a short trip from Seoul.
Haengju Sanseong is a great alternative if you want to escape the city over the weekend to enjoy some beautiful scenery with friends.
