Seoul Station is the center of transportation for trains such as the Gyeongbu Line (Seoul-Busan), KTX, Gyeongui-Jungang Line, Seoul Subway Lines 1 and 4, Airport Railroad, and Mugunghwa.

Subway

Subway Lines 1 and 4, the Airport Railway Express, and Gyeongui-Jungang Line all pass through Seoul Station.

It is close to Hoehyeon Station (Namdaemun Market), Yongsan, City Hall, and Itaewon.

Airport Railroad Express (AREX)

The AREX is a convenient route connecting Seoul Station, Incheon Airport, and Gimpo Airport.

Not only that, but it also stops at Hongdae, so it's perfect for tourists.

The AREX has all stop trains and an express train between Incheon Airport and Seoul Station.

Line 1

It runs from Incheon to Gyeonggi-do, Seoul, and the South Chungcheong Province.

Since it is the first subway line in Korea, it stops at important cities such as Jongno, Dongdaemun, City Hall, Yongsan, and Suwon.

In addition to the line from Incheon to Soyosan Station in northeastern Seoul, Line 1 has a line from Guro Station to Suwon.

If you get on at Seoul Station and your destination is before Guro Station, be sure to check not only the direction but also where you are going.

Line 4

The line runs from Oido in the southern Gyeonggi Province to Danggogae Station in northern Seoul.

There are stations with access to big tourist attractions such as Myeongdong Station, Dongdaemun History and Culture Park Station, and Hyehwa Station.

It is the only route that runs east and west through Seoul in 2021.

This line runs east and west through Seoul.

Unlike Line 1, the Gyeongui-Jungang Line is located at Culture Station Seoul 284.

Late-Night Airport Bus

Seoul Station is one of the few places where late-night airport buses stop, so you don't have to worry about transportation if you have a late flight.

Express Train

Many express trains as well as the KTX stop at Seoul Station on the Gyeongbu Line.
