In the case that it rains, the experience can still be enjoyed.

For your safety, reservations may be adjusted due to inclement weather or other natural disasters. In such cases, we will contact you after confirming on the day.

All ages are welcome, but children under 13 cannot ride alone.

During holidays and peak seasons, you may ride with other guests.

Refunds or exchanges are not available when at least one package option is used.

If there are many simultaneous reservations, the on-site boarding time may be slightly adjusted.

The Penguin Semi-Submarine has a capacity of 11 people, so when making a reservation for 6 or more, only that team can board on one Penguin Semi-Submarine (not available during peak season).

Bookings in January and February are subject to changes depending on local weather conditions.

Individual reservations are accepted for the Penguin Semi-Submarine, but the minimum number of passengers is 2. In this case, you can ride with another team.

Children: 24 months to 13 years old / Adults: 13 years old and above

All products include safety education.

Infants under 24 months old can ride for free, but please bring their passport for age verification before boarding.

Refund Policy

If there is a severe storm accompanied by strong winds, the reservation may be canceled.

Depending on the local weather conditions, the reservation date or time may be changed.
