Things to Keep In Mind

Exclusions: personal expenses, meals, traveler's insurance
Please arrive 10 minutes early at the meeting place.
Departure time may be delayed due to road conditions on the day of the tour.
On the day of the tour, please bring swimwear and a swimming cap (baseball cap is acceptable).
If the tour exceeds 6 hours, additional fees will be charged per hour, and the additional fees must be paid on-site by the customer.
You can also purchase swimwear at the water park if you did not bring it with you.
You can bring your own beach towel or rent one at the water park, and sunbeds are also available for rent (on-site payment).
You can bring your own personal toiletries, or you can purchase them from the vending machine in the water park shower room.
You can individually pay for snacks, meals, and rentals at the kiosk through the guide.
Please note that only credit cards are accepted at the kiosk.
We recommend that individuals with waist problems, heart conditions, wheelchair users, and respiratory conditions do not use the water park.
Please be punctual for the gathering time, as late arrivals will be considered as no-shows and refunds will not be possible.
Children under 36 months old are free of charge and do not receive bus seats, meals, or admission tickets.
