Please arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes early.
Departure times may be delayed due to current road conditions.
On the day of the tour, please make sure to bring your swimming suit and swimming cap (baseball cap is acceptable).

If the duration exceeds 6 hours, additional fees will be charged per hour of overtime, and the customer must make on-site payment for the additional fees.
You can buy swimsuits at the water park, so if you didn't bring your own swimsuit, please purchase one on-site.
Beach towels are available for individuals to bring or rent at the water park, and sunbeds are also available for rent (payment on site).
Personal toiletries can be brought, and they are also available for purchase in the vending machines inside the water park showers.
At the water park, you can pay for snacks, meals, and rental fees individually at the kiosk through the guide.
Kiosk only accepts credit cards, so please keep this in mind when using it.
Individuals with back problems, heart conditions, wheelchair users, and those with respiratory disorders are advised not to use the water park.
Please make sure to arrive on time for the meeting. If you arrive late, it will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be given.
Children under 36 months are free of charge and do not receive bus seats, meals, or admission tickets.
