Things to Keep in Mind
Write lettering messages that match the purchased items. Reservations will not be confirmed if the character limit is exceeded. (Including symbols like hearts and numbers, without spaces)
Birthday cake (pink, 1 bear) / Wedding cake (white, 2 bears): Size 1 (Lettering: Up to 20 characters in Korean or English)
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your pickup reservation, the reservation will be automatically canceled and no refund will be given.
Only registered items can be reserved, and custom design cakes cannot be ordered. (No changes to taste, design, color, etc.)
If you want to add other items in addition to your reserved item, please pay on-site.
Basic candles, matches, and mini cake-shaped candles are provided, but the cake knife is not included.
We will design the cake beautifully to match the anniversary. Balloons, candles, and sparkling decorations will be similar products, but some may be changed depending on stock availability.
There is a toothpick inserted in the cake. Please remove it before consuming.
The cake board does not have a separate fixing device. Please handle with care when picking up the cake to avoid toppings from moving if it shakes too much during transportation.
Business hours may vary depending on classes and external lecture schedules.
If you are traveling for more than an hour, you can bring a cooler bag or purchase one at the store when picking up. (Cooler bag + 2 ice packs: 6,000 KRW)

In the event of deteriorating weather conditions or other personal circumstances, refunds are not possible. If pickup becomes difficult, we can assist with options like transfer of ownership or alteration of lettering. Please inquire in advance for assistance.

How to Reserve
| Step 1 | Make a reservation on Creatrip reservation page. Reserve Here |
| Step 2 | Check the desired cake design and lettering message, then make a reservation. The reservation will be confirmed within 2 business days after completion. |
| Step 3 | Once the reservation is confirmed, please pick up the cake at the reserved time. The cake pickup point is Jeju Ours Coffee. Please come inside the grassy stone wall on the far left side of the store building. |

| Step 5 | We conduct no-staff pickups every Tuesday to Wednesday. The door on the far left of the store is open for pickups. After completing the pickup, please inform us by emailing help@creatrip.com. Please be sure to close the door after completing the pickup! |

Today, we will introduce a place called Ours Coffee located in Jeju Island. Jeju Island is often traveled by bus, taxi, or rental car because it does not have a subway.
Ours Coffee is not exactly close to Jeju Airport, but it is a very famous place for lettering cake, so many customers come to visit on purpose. Especially, not only Koreans but also foreign customers visit a lot.
Order a cute lettering cake for your friend's birthday or anniversary, or for K-POP idols. They design very cute decorations for anniversaries and seasons.
Especially, Ours Coffee is famous for its coffee and dessert as well as lettering cake. Indulge in adorable and delicious desserts like Injeolmi Ssuk Cake(인절미쑥케이크), egg tart, butter cookie, and sweet pumpkin pound cake!
