What to Expect
K-POP Dance Program Class
Hamdeok Beach
Hamdeok Beach is a beautiful coastal destination selected as one of the top 100 domestic travel spots to visit, known for its fine white sandy shore and shallow turquoise waters created by the gently sloping sea bottom. Located 14 km east of Jeju City, the beach is easily accessible by frequent city buses, making it a popular destination not only for tourists but also for local residents. Particularly notable is the large basalt rock at the heart of the beach, forming a natural windbreak and creating a calm and serene sea, which offers a unique opportunity for kayaking – a rare experience in the country.
Jeju Best Hill
Best Hill is a specially curated space in Jeju, designed for a beautiful and eco-friendly nature retreat. Situated along the slopes of Bannong Oreum, often referred to as the "lungs of the island," it offers a variety of activities in one place, including hot air balloon experiences (not actual flight), glamping, guesthouses, drone experiences, handcrafted beer, and forest therapy. As part of this package tour, participants will also enjoy various activities at Best Hill, such as dance missions, culinary experiences, and games like "Blooming Mugunghwa," providing a diverse and enjoyable experience amidst the natural beauty of the location.
Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak (In case of bad weather, Arirang performance Hon is scheduled to be watched)
Unlike other peaks on Jeju Island, Seongsan Ilchulbong was formed by the eruption of magma underwater, creating a hydrovolcanic cone. During volcanic activity, the hot magma erupted and came into contact with cold seawater, causing volcanic ash to become sticky due to the high moisture content. This accumulation of layers with a sticky consistency formed the unique structure of Seongsan Ilchulbong.
Jeju Arirang Hon
Jeju Arirang New Hon is an official invitation work of the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, featuring the renowned Jeju Arirang, an exhilarating Taekwondo musical, traditional Korean dance, and percussion performances. The central theme that runs throughout this performance is the encounter of various elements of Korean culture. Within the narrative of the performance, different facets of Korea's traditional and unique culture come together seamlessly, creating a harmonious fusion on the stage. The beautiful Bonghwang Village depicted in the performance, along with the blossoming of love and friendship, and the clash between good and evil, represent inner peace and freedom within the human soul. All of these elements converge to symbolize the essence of "Jeju Arirang" as a form of artistic expression.
Jeju Folk Village
Jeju Folk Village is a museum that meticulously preserves Jeju's cultural heritage, representing various aspects of the island's history and traditions from the 19th century. It encompasses rural villages, inland villages, coastal villages, and indigenous beliefs, as well as sites related to the Jeju Uprising and forced exile, all meticulously curated by experts. Notably, the museum showcases over 100 traditional houses, providing an authentic glimpse into the homes where Jeju locals once lived. Skilled artisans specializing in folk crafts work throughout these houses, striving to revive traditional craftsmanship. Jeju Folk Village stands as a place that truly embodies the essence of Jeju, preserving its past while embracing the future. It will continue to unearth, safeguard, and pass down both tangible and intangible cultural heritage, remaining a cornerstone for the creation of new cultural expressions.
Seokbujak Museum (Ginseng Shopping)
Seokbujak Theme Park features the unique natural resource of Jeju, the basalt rocks known as "hyeonmuam," which are characterized by holes and openings formed through volcanic activity. On these basalt rocks, orchids and wildflowers have been carefully cultivated, creating a masterpiece known as "Seokbujak."
