Things to Keep In Mind
Once you've completed payment, you will receive a voucher with a QR code via email. You can pick up the physical card with this voucher at the Tripeasy booth in the airport.
You can access your voucher in your email inbox or in 'Reservations' under 'My Page'.

Please note that pick-ups are not available at Gimpo Airport and Incheon Airport Terminal 2.
Present the QR code to the staff on-site and they will check the number of transportation cards you purchased and will hand you the transportation card(s).
Cancelations and refunds are available up to 1 day before the reserved pick-up date.
Once the product is received, no refunds will be provided.
If the card balance is below 20,000 KRW, you can get a refund in cash with a 500 KRW handling fee deducted at convenience stores throughout Korea (7-11, CU, GS25, Ministop, emart 24).
The cost (10,200 KRW) includes the transportation card issuance fee and the loaded amount (5,000 KRW).
The transportation card can be used on public transportation such as buses and subways, and you can also conveniently charge the card with cash at over 50,000 convenience stores and subway stations across Korea.
It is also accepted at convenience stores such as 7-11, CU, GS25, Ministop, emart 24, StoryWay, as well as stores like Lotteria, Krispy Kreme, Angel-in-us, Lotte World, Lotte Department Store, Paris Baguette, Dunkin' Donuts, and others for payments.
For loading needs, you can use Korean won cash to load the card at convenience stores and subway unmanned machines throughout Korea.
To check card usage details and balance, you can download the Creatrip App and use the NFC sensing function or check the balance at Korean subway unmanned machines.
This transportation card has mostly the same functions and uses as the Tmoney card, but there may be slight differences in usage so please check for details.
