Things to Keep In Mind
This voucher can only be used at the Jeju Osulloc Tea Museum. (cannot be used at other Osulloc branches)
You must purchase the voucher 2 days before use. The voucher can be purchased up to 30 days from the current date.
Your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days and a voucher(barcode) will be sent. Please use the voucher(barcode) within 30 days after purchase.
Please keep in mind that this ticket cannot be refunded once the voucher is sent out.
If one representative purchase multiple orders for a group, one voucher(barcode) will be sent and it must be used at the same time.
If there are additional people to your party, you must purchase extra items at the regular price on-site.
Children under 36 months are free of charge if they bring identification(passport, etc.).
The items may be sold out and may not be available.
On days when visitor traffic is heavy, there may be a limit to the number of people let inside and you may need to wait in line.
Pets are not allowed entry to the Jeju Osulloc Tea Museum.
Heavy rain and snow may cause affect the museum's operating hours.
Food and drinks from outside are prohibited at the Tea House.
