Our Visit
Lee Sisters' Rice Dessert is a bakery located in Incheon that is known for its delicious rice treats. In addition to their signature rice menu items, they also have a large range of cakes, biscuits, toasts, egg tarts, sones and more.
There are many health benefits attributed to rice. In addition to being gluten-free, it is also a good source of energy and help digestion. Add these benefits to the delicious tastes of these treats and you've got a great dessert.
Since the store sells non-vegan items, all items are clearly labeled notifying whether the item is vegan and what ingredients are included. Thanks to this, even people with allergies can easily find a treat that they can eat without worry.
The recommended menu option is the Vegan Cube Rice Bread (5,300 KRW). When you purchase the bread, it comes with a strawberry jam and vegan mayonnaise to eat it with.
If you don't want the Vegan Cube Rice Bread, another recommended item is the Vegan Rice Bread which is also served with strawberry jam and vegan mayonnaise. There is also the Salt Bread (2,400 KRW) which is often sold out thanks to its salty and sweet taste.
The Vegan Mugwort Rice Scone (3,200 KRW) was the first dessert we tried. Compared to ordinary scones, the filling was much more soft and tender, and every bite had a strong taste of mugwort which made it unique.
The Rice Castella (4,300 KRW) was a bit more dense than other castellas, probably due to the rice. Ever bite had a slight honey fragrance and wasn't overly sweet so it was really nice.
Whether you are a vegan or simply want to enjoy desserts without negatively impacting your health, the Lee Sisters' Rice Dessert is a place you must visit!
How to Get There
Take Line 1 of the Incheon Subway to Incheon Terminal Station and go to Exit 6.
Once you go through Exit 6, walk across the park and turn left.
Go straight down the sidewalk next to the park.
Next, cross the street and make a left.
Follow the red brick wall as shown above.
Once you get to the corner of the railing, turn right and walk about 200 meters.
The Lee Sisters' Rice Dessert bakery will be on your left.
