Beverages, snacks, fruits, and wine are provided.
Please bring your passport and arrive at the ticket office at least 20 minutes before the reservation time to complete the boarding declaration process.
After the payment is completed, the voucher (barcode) will be sent within 1-2 business days. Please use it on the reserved date.
If a representative purchases multiple tickets, a single representative voucher (barcode) will be issued. All reserved individuals must enter at the same time. However, if the options purchased are different, the barcodes will be issued separately for each product. (e.g., Option 1: 1 Adult ticket + Option 2: 1 Adult ticket = 2 barcodes will be issued.)
Please keep in mind that this ticket cannot be refunded once the voucher (barcode) is sent out.
You must make a reservation at least 2 days before the date of use. You can reserve tickets for up to 30 days from today.
If you want to add more people on-site, you have to buy tickets at the ticket office at the regular price.
Children under 37 months can enter for free; but must present an identification (passport).
Even if you meet the boarding conditions, you may not be able to board at the discretion of the on-site safety personnel, and in this case, you can get a refund.
