You have to arrive 30 minutes before the reserved time to use it.

The number of people on the jet boat: 12 to 18 people.

Time required for the jet boat ride: Approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Children under the age of 5 cannot ride, and guardians must accompany children from 5 years old to high school students.

Due to bad weather or business conditions, operating hours may be changed.

Even if you meet the boarding conditions, you may not be able to board at the discretion of the on-site safety personnel, and in this case, you can get a refund.

You must complete the reservation at least 2 days before the use date. You can book tickets for dates up to 30 days from the current date.

A voucher (bar code) will be sent within 1 to 2 business days after purchase, so please use it according to the reservation date.

Please keep in mind that this ticket cannot be refunded once the voucher is sent out. 

If one representative purchases multiple tickets, it will be issued with one representative voucher (barcode), and all participants must enter at the same time.

However, if product options are different, the barcode is issued for each product. (ex. Option 01. 1 adult / Option 02. 2 adults = 2 barcodes).

Jeju Jungmun Jusangjeolli was formed when the lava from Hallasan Mountain erupted into the Jungmun sea. It resulted in vertical splits, and generally, 5-6 square pillar shapes are common to see. Jusangjeolli is developed along the coast from Jungmun-dong to Daepo-dong in Seogwipo-si for about 2km. It is one of the volcanic topography designated as one of the Global Geopark, and it has high academic value and breathtaking scenery. We hope you make wonderful memories on this jet boat while looking out at its magnificent view.
